There are a number of forms that are used by the Pony Express in it's daily operation. On this page you will find a list of the forms that are used and may be printed out for your use. All forms can be read with Adobe reader. If you need it please go to www.adobe.com for a FREE copy of the latest Adobe Reader.
Educational Report Form There are those of you who are still doing educational talks and demonstrations so you will need to fill out the Educational Form and get it to Dale Ryan.
Trails Maintenance Report Form For those of you who do maintenance work on the trails during the year you would fill out the Trails Maintenance Form. This would also apply if you are checking out the portion of the trail that you are assigned to ride or if you are marking the tail or checking for any obstacles that may be a hazard.
Ride Captain Request Form This form in for anyone that would like to be a Ride Captain in the Nevada Division. To be considered you must fill out the Ride Captain Request Form for a section in the Nevada Division. Ride Captains are selected each year at the beginning of January. Of course you must be a current member before you submit your request. If you have any questions you may contact any Board Member or the President of the Nevada Division.
Nevada Membership Form If you are looking to become a member this year you need only fill out the membership form and mail it into the address on the form. If you would prefer you could wait until January and then you will be paid up for the whole year in 2012. You do not have to own a horse or know how to ride one to be a member. You may be any age to be a member but, you must be 14 years of age to be able to carry the Mochila on your horse. All members 16 years of age or older will have full voting privileges. |
